Tips: To make beautiful gathers or “smocks”. You can adapt the width according to your needs by cutting the nylon threads between the elastic threads.
Cut the strip to the desired size, pin it to the back of the fabric.
Stitch with a zig-zag stitch straddling the elastic threads.
